Brokentreeranch.net offeres one electronic proofing option (PDF). Once you have signed off on a final proof via e-mail notification, you are giving us authorizatin to proceed with printing.

Orders placed after 10 am MST on any business day will begin production the following business day. This is true for proofs, corrections and printing. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Delivery of your note cards will be 8-10 business days, via UPS.

Brokentreeranch.net is not responsible for delays caused by fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, war, riot, civil disorder, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God and other causes beyond our control. We also assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed, although we rarely miss a due date. An order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, strikes, illnesses, etc.

Brokentreeranch.net prints every project in keeping with "pleasing color" standards for the printing industry. Brokentreeranch.net makes no guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor or your color printer will approximate your finished piece printed via the CMYK process. Wide variation in color spaces, technologies and calibrations of different monitors and printers may preclude an exact match. All Idaho orders are subject to sales tax. If a customer is tax exempt, a copy of the exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first job ordered.

We are not responsible for the contents or any linked site, any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. 1. Disclaimer of Express Warranties: Customer warrants that the work is as described in the order specifications. The customer understands that all sketches, copy, dummies and preparatory work shown to the customer are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed.
2. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: Brokentreeranch.net warrants only that the work conforms to the description submitted with the order. Brokentreeranch.net's maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract or otherwise, does not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances is Brokentreeranch.net liable for specific, individual or consequential damages.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Brokentreeranch.net, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, vendors, partners, employees or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of content submitted, posted or transmitted through Brokentreeranch.net, customer violation of the terms and conditions detailed here, or customer violation of the rights of a third party.

The customer warrants that the subject matter to be reprinted is not copyrighted by a third party. Customers also recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. Customers further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, customers agree to indemnify and hold Brokentreeranch.net harmless for all liability, damages and attorney's fees that may be incurred if any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

Customers also warrant that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or their personal or economic rights. Customers will, at their sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend Brokentreeranch.net in all legal actions on these grounds as long as Brokentreeranch.net notifies customers of legal action and gives the customer reasonable time to undertake and conduct defense. Brokentreeranch.net reserves the right to use its discretion in refusing to print anything that it deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.
